Chopped date and apple salad with super sharp cheddar

These both look wonderful! I wish I had experimented more, with fashion and cooking, when I was single. I think I was hampered by my hippie location-- food was very simple and clothing an almost laughable uniform of fleece and Guatemalan weaving...

Low-gluten diet? I am currently eating vegan as often as possible and try for one raw meal a week. It's tough, but I love experimenting! Let me know if you have any good recipes to share!
