I am drawn to salads with loads of texture. Otherwise I don't feel like I'm eating anything interesting or nutritious. Today I made an Anything Salad. I spent approximately 45 seconds collecting anything I could find, and I put it together. What kind of Anything Salad would you make?

My anything salad yesterday was: spinach, rotini, black olives, broccoli and sliced almonds. Not as adventurous as my mom's: spinach, brussel sprouts, raddishes, chick peas and olives...
