Dinner Tonight

White wine and lemon pepper tilapia over rosemary potatoes and onions with roasted asparagus, mushrooms and tomatoes.

mmm that looks so good! I have been contemplating turning my blog into a foodie diary since I love cooking and eating so much. I usually sautee all my fish/veggies, so let me know what temperature you roast them, and if you put them all in at once!
